How do I know if a product is eligible?

Use our search tool on the homepage to look up any product. We'll show you if it's eligible, conditionally eligible (requires a Letter of Medical Necessity), or not eligible.

Can you determine if my purchase will be approved?

We provide general eligibility guidance based on IRS Publication 502 and official FSA/HSA guidelines. However, final approval decisions are made by your specific FSA/HSA plan administrator. We recommend checking with them for specific questions about your plan.

Do you provide Letters of Medical Necessity?

We provide LOMN templates as a starting point, but the actual letter must be issued and signed by your licensed healthcare provider. We cannot provide medical documentation.
